20 years ago web.luchs.at was registered as a commercial entity. Since 1999 we supply our customers and partners with solutions based on Free Software. While our focus is on servers, networks, and infrastructure clients also benefit from our work. We are longer in the business than some of the Silicon Valley giants, albeit with less customers and users. That's no problem, because we put our trust in stability and sustainability. The data of our customers cannot rely on experiments and trends that disappear after the alpha version of the product. We run systems with configurations conceived in 1999 - and they still run depsite being upgrades, migrated to different GNU/Linux distributions, and other difficulties.

We celebrate the anniversary by upgrading the first systems to Debian 10. Using and building on stable platforms is part of our tradition.
